Bio
Dan is currently President of the Rotary Club of Whitby, and a member of District 7070's Environmental Action Committee.  He established one of the first Environmental Action Committees in the District, in the Whitby Club, and has presented to dozens of Club's on "How to Set-Up an Environmental Action Committee in Your Club".  Dan was also the lead coordinator of the Great Lakes Watershed Cleanup Event, across the District in early 2021.  Dan is a retired Corporate Communications professional (focused on institutional investors) at a large telecommunications firm, leads two Not for Profit Boards outside of Rotary, and consults in Board Governance.  Dan has three children in their 'early 20's' , has coached them all in soccer and hockey, and is an avid golfer.
