Through it’s Community Service initiative “Partnership in Service” The Rotary Club of Whitby Sunrise has put a big smile on this little girl’s face by contributing to the cost of an adapted bike.

Madison has Spastic Diplegia (a form of Cerebral Palsy) and she is preparing for an operation that will help her walk independently. The Whitby Sunrise Rotary Club contributed $1,000 towards a therapy bike that will help her to develop leg strength prior to surgery. She will continue to use it post-op to build strength without her legs having to bear weight.
