Vintage Postcard Collection.

I collect old vintage postcards mainly from Northern Ontario many of them over 100 hundred years old or more.

Unlike other hobbies such as stamps, coins and paper money which for the most part are catalogued, postcards often are not and involve  research to discover  who the photographer was and the location of the subject. Postcards were the most common means of communication before World War 1. I have made some interesting discoveries and   have contributed some of my postcards images to others which have been  published in articles and books
